Refund policy
- Not satisfied? Return or exchange your purchase within 30 days (exclusions apply).
- Items purchased in December are eligible for a 60-day return policy.
- Items should be unused, unworn, in original condition, and packaging. Shipping costs aren't refunded.
- Items discounted 30%+ are exchangeable or creditable but not refundable.
- Customized items, like personalized jerseys, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you purchased $2.98 re:do return insurance, your return shipping is free for exchanges or store credit. If you have not purchased $2.98 re:do return insurance, you will be responsible for the cost to ship your exchange.
- Allow 2-3 business days for return processing. Your bank may require 2-5 days to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Lost/Stolen Packages:
- We cover your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once the carrier marks it as 'Delivered', we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services. We recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout for up to $100 insurance.
