Disappointed
I purchased this jersey and even paid an additional fee for their “free returns and exchanges” option because I wanted the peace of mind of knowing I could exchange it if the size wasn’t right. Unfortunately, the jersey ended up being too large. It has never been worn or used and is still in new condition. However, Azteca Soccer refused to allow an exchange simply because I no longer have the original tag. I understand that return policies exist for a reason, but charging customers extra for return and exchange protection only to deny an exchange over a missing tag on an unworn item completely defeats the purpose of paying for that protection. The “peace of mind” I paid for turned out to be meaningless. This experience has left me feeling misled and disappointed. I would encourage anyone considering paying extra for their return or exchange coverage to read the fine print carefully, because it may not provide the flexibility you expect.
