The new pair was ripped in the middle of the sock
My son needs white socks for his high school team to match their Nike kits. They arrived ripped. I Sent azteca a picture to show them the proof and at first I got a different answer and quite obviously needs to wear the socks with the away kit. I asked them to send me a new pair and I would gladly ship these back to them. I have gotten that once they receive the ripped pair when the acknowledged the picture I sent to them they would send me out a new pair. How do you expect him to play without the socks if I ship them back prior to getting new ones. Makes zero sense!
